Idiot Bank Employees

For last few day I have been reading vituperative languages beig used by the agitated bank employees against their union leaders for poor wage settlement. Of course It is very poor in terms of quantum increase and sharing of burden by only PF optees. It would have been the historical had the increase in gross emoluments which are in range of 2000-8000 for Scale I to III were in the range of 5000-15000. At least by this increase bank officers will be able to get almost equal to Govt Officers from next settlement i.e from01.11.2012.

In case increase were more and every officers to contribute 1.6 time for pension option even then all the officers have got 15-2 lacs as arrear.

Now to give solace to bank employees IBA & UFBU should take following measures immediately

1.Increase in H/L to Rs.20 lacs @ 6%

2.Increase in leave accumulation upto 360 days

3.Leave encashment every year.

4. DA be neutralised by increasing slab to 0.18% increase.

5.2% profit incentive to be distributed to all staff equally.

Present state govt of UP is spending all money on developing parks and monuments of dalit leaders. The following burning issues are getting least priority

Roads are in sabby conditions
Electricity is available hardly for 12 hours in cities like Kanpur, Allahabd, Varanasi.
No big industries are comming up
Whereas NItish Kumar in Bihar is doing much better on these front than the UP.

stop reservation quota in trains

there is great anomoly in railway reservation of birth system. There is no transparency in the system. Nobody knows how many birth quota is available at a particular station. Once I have to travel to Ranchi from Lucknow by Neelanchal Express .There was waiting of 100 from Lucknow whereas about 50 berths were available from Kanpur.

Further through IRCTC there is no system of booking ticket from any station and giving different station for boarding

PSU Banker's pay is lowest in India .Much lesser that teachers, doctors,nurses, engineers, state govt , central govt, military, PSU, Multinational, private..... is there any more? None

PSU banker's work very hard from 9 am to 9 pm. even on all holidays, leaves are rejected and lapsed. Always there is threat from customer to open benami accounts, do wrong loan, pressure from top bosses to achieve target by hook or by crook ( means by paying Rs.10000 per crore deposit to IAS officers/ govt babus). Pressure from govt. to open no frill, sponsored , student, scholorship account without any gain/ profit to bank.

Only better thing easy housing loan which is taxed as Perquisite even at higher cost than public.
Who is responsible for this?
whether Corrupt Chairmans/EDs/ GMs of the Banks earning crores of rupees by hobnobbing with the even more corrupt polititians, beaurocrats and industralists or our own choosen union leaders.
The correct answer is not the former but our own leaders whom we are paying about Rs.100 crore per annum to stop all this malpractices and fight for . But these leaders have sold there soul and are flattering the corrupt IBA officials who have nothing to do with salary as they have made crores under shelter from govt babus/ polititians.
DEMAND
EVERY BANK'S BUSINESS MEETING HEAD EXPENDITURE BE STOPPED TO STOP CORRUPTION. CVC WHAT ARE YOU DOING. ARE YOU DEAF?
